Islamic Court vs. American Court...Which do you prefer?

I think most would prefer islamic court. Just get your head or arm chopped off rather than needing to wait for trial and all the paperwork associated with americas system.

Whats your thoughts?

The punishments of Islamic courts, with the fairness and due process of American courts.

People claim without evidence that Islamic courts do not convict innocent people. I'll take the American system anytime.

I think that they both have their plus sides actually.

Islamic-You are punished severly and having no hands sucks, but at least no innocent are punished. There is also virtually no crime, besides terrorism.

American-tons of innocent people in jail rotting their life away, the court system is crooked, and because there isn't harsher crime, there is TONS of it

.. American courts keeping number of innocents in detention centers. No crimes acknowledged, no case registered, nobody allowed for their self defense. (Guantanamo Bay).

.. American cops involved in unpredictable torchures to several hundred innocents in different undisclosed locations around the world. They are convicting the innocents as enemies, killers or terrorists to cheat people and strengthen their political career. Its all legal.

.. Stripping in public, public nudity, child porn, incest, group sex, sex with animals, Sex with anyone and anywhere, gay, lesbian, narcotics, alcohol and several more are legal in American courts.

.. In Islamic court its all illegal, no innocents punished and quicker justice for the criminals.

.. Now its you to decide which you prefer.

oh yes loosing a limb is much preferable to paperwork (????????????????????)
