Repent, and understand it is a sin. Ask the Lord to change your heart then work at it. A lot of people say it is genetic, I think it goes deeper then that. There are plenty of stories of gay people going straight, don't believe all the hype of it being unchaneable. If you feel bad about it, God is trying to tell you something.

Find an attractive girl who is approachable and ask her out. Don't go for sex right away on the first date, but let the relationship go for a while and eventually one thing will lead to another and you'll be there. Once you experience how great it is you should be ok.
