Put the dryed out tobacco in a ziplock bag with a slice of apple. Squeeze out as much air as you can from the bag and seal it, the tobacco will suck up the moisture from the apple and it should revive it.

make sure that you always store you tobcco in a cool place so that it would last longer but try taking a humidifier and let it soak in the steam.

soak it in brandy, jack or some rum...whatever you like...then let it dry out again...the alcohol will soften it back up while adding a whole lot of flavor....
