I am trying to get some money out of the government, and since it doesn't appear that I am going to get hit by a hurricane or have 9 kids. I was thinking I would go with the disability plan. My lawyers Dewey,Cheatem & Howe have told me that I need a mental or physical disability. Would panty sniffing qualify. Would it make a difference if the women was still wearing them.

I think it is a mental disorder cause if you sniff the wrong one it may smell like red lobsters garbage thats been sitting for 8 months during the middle of the summers heat wave so you should ask them for money to get help cause that could kill you

It's mental, I've been doing it for years. See if your lawyers can get you money for sniffing the seats of girls bicycles.
