vet school?

i'm an 18 year old going into college for the firs ttime and i was wondering if anyone could give me a brief description of the schooling i'd need to become a vet. i know the first year or so i'll need my basics but after that... what? anyone know?

Go to Community college and take a pre.vet course. That will get the basics out of the way, but will give you a more medical type course load.
Then you transfer to vet school. 4 years min, more depending on what you want to do.
