There is nothing special about dreams. The things that we think about and worry about during the day are usually the things that we also dream about. If we are anxious over something during the day, for example, we tend to have anxiety dreams, like dreaming about sitting an exam, or dreaming about being in our knacks in public. I've had several re-occuring dreams all my life but they tend to reflect underlying anxieties and pre-occupating thoughts that I have during the day. One way I have learned to deal with them is through being aware that I am having one of these dreams. When I become aware of it I wake myself up. Took me awhile to get the hang of it.

Let me summarize

Someone is trying to kill you = insecure
See blood drain out of your body = life messed up
being sucked in the bed, dragged down the stairs = lost control
hair being pulled = lost control

I think you are into serious anxiety and stress, particularly sense of insecurity.!! Your life is messed up big time. You are losing control in many aspects. Your subconscious mind reveals very much about your problem. You feel unease and your dream will keep haunting you because deep down you are still in a mess.
Perhaps in reality your life is not as smooth as you want to be.

Advice: Open up and talk about your problems with people your trust or professional, then step by step you should have the fixed and your recurring dream will go away.

Lol I have seven weird dreams per night, I am the nightmare queen.

Sounds like you're having lucid dreams, only they're lucid nightmares. Lucid dreams are where you know you're asleep, and can conrol to some extent, your reactions/actions within your dreams. I've had a few where I'm trapped, and I cannot wake up. I know I'm dreaming, but I can't work out how to wake up. This sounds like what's happening to you.

You are DREAMING that you are hitting your head and clawing at yourself trying to wake up. It is possible that your body can react also if you have some form of physical inhibition problem like I do. Basically, I'm a sleepwalker, so I can lash out in my sleep, or wander about because my physical movements are not inhibited the way they ought to be. But the panic you feel - it is based in your dreams. It feels very real because it's a lucid dream. Don't panic.

Next time it happens, instead of clawing at yourself, try and talk yourself out. I say to myself, Okay, I'm dreaming. Sometimes I ask the other people in my dream for help, and eventually I wake up. Lucid dreams can be interesting and a lot less traumatic if you don't panic. Keep calm. This isn't a psychiatric illness, and it's not so frequent as to be a huge problem.

I get dreams like that - I wonder what causes it? LOL

Seriously, it's anxiety. You are obviously feeling insecure and unsafe about something. Think about it. Start with the people you live with - are they bugging you in some way? next, is the people you spend most of your time with. 99% of the time it is a person or people that cause stress and anxiety - sometimes it can be a place. For example, people who are undergoing a course of treatment at hospital may have recuring dreams whilst undergoing treatment. Occasionally, it can be something in your past, that is unresolved. A problem that never got fixed and something recently reminded you of it.

The dreams you are having are normal, especially if you are a teenaged girl. I have had many strange dreams in my life, and I've heard many theories as to why certain things happen in our dreams. My dreams are in full color, I smell things, I hear things, I feel things, none of which is supposed to happen.

I believe that dreams are a way for your subconcious to deal with problems you don't deal with in your waking hours. My best advice to you is to come at your problems full force in your dreams. They may haunt you, but they won't kill you.

If you want to talk about it more don't hesitate to hit me up on messenger:

Either it's a psychic attack from some one, or it's an expression of your underlying fears and feelings. To cover both bases look up psychic protection or defence, and also try and address your range of feelings and thoughts now. If you feel tense/anxious/fearful then try and 'address' this, address meaning just make thinking about it a habit until you can replace these patterns with more positive feelings and thoughts.

You need softer pillows. This allows your head to sink into an abyss of oblivion - thereby bringing to the surface outer thoughts.

Change your pillows often - wash your hair regularly and these dreams will disappear - often replaced with quieter and peaceful rituals of the soul.

You life will be enhanced by reading and acting upon this message.

GOOD LUCK and may your God go with you in peace and in life.

Sounds like you have sleep paralysis where you try to wake up and you cant. This is a really annoying and sometimes frightening situation. I have dreamt I have got up and gone to work like 20 times in 1 night and i am still asleep. I regularly wake up shouting and have had to wake up my wife to confirm that I am really awake.

I don't know how to stop it so good luck with yours

I don't exactly know what is occurring but you should go see a counselor/psychologist about this. I talked to my counselor about my weird dreams too. It can be scary but I think that a person is better suited to deal with this kind of thing than any website.
