Hello i'm going to answer your question on BA again!

My friend works for them and he says that they are really good, He really enjoy his job. I hope that you get the job and i wish all the luck in the world!! Assesment days are hard as i had to do them to get my job. they can vary from 6-8 hours which is a long interview!! Just make sure that you smile and most importantly you are yourself with a good sense of Humour because that is what they look for.
