Absolutely, unless you're a perv peeking in her window or doing something equally inapproipriate. A naked body is just that...a body without clothes. Some are more attractive than others, which is a matter of personal choice, but there's no reason NOT to look at a naked girl, assuming that she doesn't mind. Go to a nude beach, if there are any near you...you'll see more naked girls than you can imagine! And we don't mind if you look...enjoy!
