Use fire rated bricks, and mortar. You have plenty of time to research exact plans. Have you considered adding a pizza oven? I've read several articles lately, and they seem to be in vogue. Make sure your foundation is good, and it should last a lifetime.
I'm kinda jealous, but I just built a huge shop, no more projects for a while.

Hello,
This is not the Bricks &/or Cinder Blocks, you asked for, BUT
I Hope You Like This Barbeque, It Is The Coolest. Comes from a new television program, titled "The Junk Brothers". Featured on www.HGTV.com - Thursday @9:30 PM/ET, 8:30 PM/CT.

Then use the following link, to get the step-by-step directions, for making this Barbeque.

Overview: Jim puts the peddle to the metal & turns an old stove into a hot barbeque on wheels. The homeowners who trashed these treasures are stunned when their junk is returned with a brand new look.

Good Luck!
