Definitely "She's The Man". I watched it a few nights ago and it is a good movie and decent for the entire family.

I recommend that your daughter checks these movies out at some point:

"Sleepover" with Alexa Vega
"A Cinderella Story" with Hillary Duff
"13 Going On 30" with Jennifer Garner
"Eight Below" with Paul Walker

The first 3 are cutesy girl movies and the last is about snow dogs. :) All are good, decent movies. I think 2 of them are Disney Movies. I know "Eight Below" is for sure.

She's the Man.

Also, if your daughter hasn't seen these movies, they'll be great for her:

Freaky Friday (w/ Lindsay Lohan & Jamie Lee Curtis)
A Cinderella Story (w/ Hillary Duff & Chad Michael Murrary)
What a Girl Wants (w/ Amanda Bynes & Colin Firth)

I'd say She's the Man, but I think both are a bit too mind-numbing, you could try something like Miss Congeniality sometime - it's got a good plot and it's got good humour in it.
