You'd have to find a bus or ride to Worcester and then take the Commuter Rail, which stops in South Station.

MBTA commuter rail currently only goes as far west as Worcester, MA from Boston.

The closest stop is Worcester on the commuter rail line. There might be a bus though (check www.peterpanbus.com).

Only if you drive to Worcester, which is about a 45-60 minute commute.
