If you're asking why condoms rip most of the time, the basic answer is, they shouldn't, you're doing something wrong. I don't have time to re-type what to do but if you buy a box their's an instruction manual, I know this sounds gay but my friend, you need to read it.

You are probably putting them on too tight. You need to leave room at the tip - read the instructions.
