There are only Four and they are Death, War, Famine and Pestilence. Strangely, most people also list them in that order if they aren't thinking about it

Traditionally, there are four (Death, Famine, Pestilence and War). Death has the pale horse. The sword-carrying War rides a red horse. Pestilence rides the white horse. And Famine, carrying scales, rides the black horse.
However, in the Marvel comicbook Universe, during the Age of Apocalypse, there's been five -- and this varies according to which era of Apocalypse you refer to. For example, the first incarnation (involving the X-men) included: Apocalypse himself, Plague, Abraham Kieros, Autumn Rolfson and Angel (replaced later by Caliban). The most recent incarnation (post House of M) includes characters like Gazer, Sunfire, Polaris and Gambit (along with Apocalypse).
To make matters even more complex, some economists and political theorists have also been referring to "five horsemen" -- in terms of the decline of the United States (or economic apocalypse, depending on your point of view). The horsemen in this case are: the US fiscal deficit, trade protectionism, the rise of China, increasing crude oil prices and the U.S.'s trade imbalance.

GBH (Grievous Bodily Harm), Cruelty to Animals, Things Not Working Properly Even After You’ve Given Them A Good Thumping, Really Cool People and People Reeking of Fish.
BTW, of the original 4, Pestilence retired, and was replaced by Pollution.

There are only four. Only one rider is named and his name is Death.
The rider of the white horse carries a bow and wears a crown, he represents the antichrist and the false religion. His role is to bring a false peace, during which he conquers.
The rider of the red horse carries a sword, he represents war. His role is to take peace (both real and false) from the world, bringing war and turning man against man, brother against brother.
The rider of the black horse carries scales and represents famine and unfair trade/commerce practices. He brings starvation and scarcity of food.
The rider of the pale horse is named Death. He represents sickness, suffering and death. He kills by hunger, plagues, war, pestilence, etc.
