I think Jimmy Carter has the moral conviction here to speak on the matter.
He, unlike Bush was and is a man of god. He does not brandish it like a political tool but instead does his work for the poor in quiet.
Carter accomplished peace in that region that no one thought possible.
those who bash Carter, are misguided to think that he doesn't know the politics of the region well or that he is correct in his analysis of the current situation.
Bush is letting not only the US down but the world.

Dr. Feelme evidently likes recession and 20% interest rates! You are Carter's right hand man! Wanna replay the Carter gas crisis?
"..concede the regime seems to have kept its promises so far regarding nuclear weapons and missile tests"
"He was vigorous, alert, intelligent, and remarkably familiar with the issues"
"..he was very friendly toward Christianity"
-- Naive Commie-sympathizer Jimmy Carter, winner of the Nobel Piece Prize the year after Arafat, that was given to Carter because of his Bush-bashing. Quotes are all in reference to the great traits he found in the North Korean Dictator Jong II before the North Korean Crisis was exposed
Yet another reason we don't need naive children at the helm of leadership in this country.

Jimmy Carter has never been a Patriot. He has hated America ever since he lost the 1980 election.
Carter was the biggest failure as a president that we've ever had in this nation. Even a bigger loser than Clinton. Clinton never cared about the U.S., all he ever cared about was himself. But he doesn't hate us like Carter does. Carter is a very sick man. He is an enemy of America.

I think that Jimmy Carter is still trying to make up for a failed administration, namely his. Jimmy Carter is, without a doubt, a wonderful humanitarian and an excellent diplomat. As a world leader, he was found wanting. Sorry, but those are the simple facts. That should be something you can deal with...simple.

PATRIOT Jimmy Carter? You mean the president that messed up the military soooo badly that we are in the position we are in today? I think Jimmy Carter ought to go back to building houses and keep quiet because only fools like liberals are paying any attention to him.

This question will open the idiot box for sure. Carter was always an honorable man who got pinched in a bad piece of history. Carter is right and Bush, as we all know (even the jerks who won't admit it) is an incompetent idiot.

Jimmy Carter accomplished nothing as President, and one of his last acts was to Boycott the Summer Olympics in Moscow....yeah big stand there...use innocent athletes to protest Soviet involvement in Afghanistan. Since leaving office he has tried to rewrite his image, and of course resolved the original Korean crisis in the 90's, but of course we see how that ended up.
Carter couldn't even get our hostages out of Iran during the 70's....didn't stand up to OPEC during the gas crisis...Nefarious..I can see how he had peace in the Middle East during his admin (much sarcasm)
