nope, not even myself. Why not is because of the simple fact that we are all human and make human errors even with the best of intentions.
When you add self interest to the mix it is something even more dangerous. I highly recomend the purchase of a decent bullshit detector for everybody.

you cannot go through life and not trust someone to a large degree. most people trust their parent's 100%, while others trust their spouse/mate. friends are wonderful and some become like family, but in reality they're not blood and under pressure they may prove to be a weak link for you.

Yes. More than one infact. Trust is earned; usually over time. These people have earned 100% trust from me.

i once told someone that i could trust someone but, i just choose not to, and that person told me i have a trust issue, and you know what its not who you can trust, its when you can trust them

No way.....not totally because people are such that at some time or another they are going to let you down, intentionally or unintentionally, no one is perfect and no one is totally trustworthy.
