I would ask my employer to pay me double since i have extra help. I would never have it cut off, this is an asset not a,defect you could do millions of things with an extra arm think of the bags you carry from the grocery store etc......

My first thought was scratch hard to reach places but when I think about it I don't have any hard to reach places so I'd get it removed by a doctor.
