Assuming the reference point is the US Eastern Time Zone during Daylight Saving (the Philippines is smart enough to not institute that piece of time shifting), Manila is 12 hrs ahead.

Therefore, if it's Monday, August 7 at 1:00 PM EDT, it's Tuesday, August 8 at 1:00 AM in Manila.

EST + Manila -----> 01:25am
PST ---->>> 11:24 am
i think there is also mst or nst..i dont know, five clocks were far from me..I cant leave my station just to check it out.
