Why does everybody listen to popular music?

Well because it's POPULAR. Why would you want to listen to something your great grandparents listen to? That music is NOT popular so no one listens to it!!!

i don't think it would be popular if everybody DIDN'T listen to it, so in order for it to be popular, lots of people have to listen to it.

Because it's so availible, I mean turn to a random radio station, or iTunes, or MTV/BET/VH1 and you're gonna see popular music, and it's "popular" music for a reason, i just don't know what it is

ppl listen tô popular muzic⫠cuz they like it and so that is y it is popular.so they listen to their fav music which is mostly good music so that is how it is popular,kinda get it ? i dont blame u if u dont

becuase they hear it all the time and then they tend to like it
so they listen to it more, which makes it more popular

Well i think cause most of it is happy pop music so its catchy.
