same here... it's unlikely that they'll be worth something in the distant future, but right now they're hot! the condition of the cards is very important . you have to take them out of the pack and go right into the card protector. I think I have spent $1000 on these cards, but I don't worry about if they're going to worth anything.. just let him enjoy the game! p.s. if you are interested, check out some of the prices on ebay.com right now, I think a big stack of random used cards is going for $20-30, really good rare cards in mint condition are individually around $5-20. some guy who collects baseball cards for a living told me the yugioh cards aren't worth it as an investment, but he could be wrong

Hold on to them. Try to keep both the cards, and the card boxes in pristine condition if possible, They may have to have a long shelf life for them to be worth anything, but trust me..they will. Everything has a price on it, and sooner or later, what you toss out today, will be worth something down the road - 20 years perhaps.

I really think they will. Keep them. You never know! Cards from when my dad was a kid are worth a lot now, but he never kept them. *sigh* <3

Throw them up on ebay along with his alf pogs and you just might make enough to get the #1 at McDonalds..

You can forget about supersizing tho...
