Is Ceres manga a good manga?

I think it was very good. I like Aki and Aya and Toya and Chidori.

Hai, I loved Ceres. Course what else could you expect from the All Powerful and Wonderful Watase Yuu *bowes at her feet for creating Fushigi Yuugi..ie my all time fave anime*

Yes, I enjoy if very much. I like how it takes a legend and gives it a modern touch. Glad to see that someone else likes it.
