She was SOOOOOOO awesome...She WAS the show she does look older than her age.
I think the girls on the new one is trying to compete with New York for viewers

New York is a one of a kind character! People seem to either love her or absolutely hate her. Personally I thought she made the show a lot of fun and compelling to watch. Even though she looks like Shrek's little sister, I grew to really like her and was glad she made it to the end and sorry she wasn't picked at the end. I thought they could have done a funny spin-off sequel program following New York & Flav around as a new couple and having Flav try to wooo and gain the respect and approval of New York's nasty mother! (That woman would be the ULTIMATE Monster-in-Law!) A show similar to "My Fair Brady" (with Adrianne Curry & Chris Knight) only A Spin-off of the "Flavor of Love" with New York & Flav, that would have been a riot! I was so disappointed when the season ended, I wanted it to go on! Love her or loathe her, I think everyone who watched the show would agree Miss New York was a major contributor to the success of the show. Let's hope this new season brings forth equally fun characters we can love to hate. :)

I think that New York was the only one there that really liked Flavor Flav. I thought she was cool. And I also thought that she was like 28 years old. So that's why her mother treated her like a baby.

I thought New York was way too possessive when it came to Flav, and she does look way older than 23.

I hated New York, she was so annoying. I really liked Goldie, I think her and Flav would've been an awesome couple. I can't wait, the new season starts tonight.

New York was a bitchy little diva who was man/money hungry. I hated Pumpkin too though, she was so annoying. I liked Serious, she was really pretty.
