first of all, if you have firefox browser, it makes this a lot easier. if you don't, go to www.firefox.com, and download and install it.

once you have it running, go to www.videodownloader.net, and install the extension.

restart firefox.

go to the web site of the video you want, then in the right hand corner of firefox, click the little video downloader box. download the file.

Get total Video converter- http://www.effectmatrix.com/total-video-converter/ .

convert it into mp4, then get videora ipod converter-http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/

converting the new file using this will put it into ipod format and size.

It has to be a video that can be downloaded, so first, you would have to find a version that is downloadable. Secondly, not all videos are in MPEG 4 format. If you don't know what that is, it's the format that apple uses for its videos. You will also need a convertor for that. I recommend XILISOFT, you can get a free download (just type in xilisoft in yahoo). The overall quality of videos on the internet are crappy, so I'm not sure of it is a very good idea in the first place.
