I LOVE PORTUGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their team is excellent and did a great job in this year's FIFA World Cup, coming in 4th place! I am proud of the team's hard work, even though they came up short of getting into the top 3 teams. I think Ricardo is my most favorite player on the team because he did an excellent job as goal keeper. I do believe that Portugal has one of the best football teams in all of Europe. LONG LIVE PORTUGAL!!!

I love Portugal. They're an amazing team to say the least. They did so well in the world cup and I was a little surprised that they didn't win either the world cup or the third place match. It was truly heartbreaking. I think each and every one of their players are truly amazing. I have so many favourites including CRonaldo, Pauletta, Deco, Maniche, Carvalho but my all time favourite has to be the keeper Ricardo. He's excellent. Buffon may have been named best goal keeper at the world cup but i think Ricardo was the best.

Yeah!! I totally agree with you that Portugal is the best!!
They always play well in every games.
I love them coz the players seemed confident when they played.
My favourite players are Luis Figo, Maniche, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Ricardo (GK).
I'm glad and couldn't be more agree that they were chosen as the most entertaining team.

1. I think that Portugal had a great team and played extremely
well.
2. Those that hate our team can only be the ones whom got beat.
I love the team because the players demonstrated
determination and passion (also because many of them are
nice to look at - Cristiano, Figo, Nuno, Ricardo, etc.).
3. My favorite player is Cristiano. His moves are remarkable
and his looks and body are unreal.
4. Yes, I love them because (to me) they are the best.

Yes, they are a good team! My favorite players are Nuno Gomes and Luis Figo, and Ricardo. Ricardo is a great goalkeeper. In the penalty shootout versus England, he broke our hearts with his heroic skill! Even France had a hard time beating Portugal, they only scored once on them, and that was a penalty kick.

they perform well at the World Cup, finished 4th, almost emulating their 1966 heroes when they themselves finised 3rd.
their most influential player during the tournament is Luis Figo, but sadly he has retired from international football. they have a great coach, the Brazilian Luis Felipe Scolari who was the Brazilian team when they won the World Cup in 2002.
i don't have any particular favourite player but they are now one of the favourite for the upcoming 2008 European Championship finals.

i love portugal!!!!
they have an excellent goalie (ricardo is the sh!t) and some amazing strikers. however, i feel like their defense isnt very strong and they made some serious mistakes during the world cup. on the other hand, they seem to work really well as a team but also have great individual talent. my favorite is the one and only, simao sabrosa for his ridiculously cool name and cute-*** self but also because hes a genius when it comes to penalty and free kicks. and since hes a relatively small guy, hes fast and can really weave his way around opponents.

They are a good team.
They got the most cards at the World Cup, and that one guy who Rooney stepped on to get that red card. I don't like him.
Cristiano Ronaldo, even though he's a diving pretty boy who runs his mouth at the refs. His foot skills are amazing.

They have some very talanted players, and wahtever you (I) may think about some of the antics of some of the players, they always play attractive and attacking football, which is fine in my book. I enjoy wathcing Portugal - just wish we could manage to beat you in an important game.
