i am answering this questin presuming that you are male.If you are staright then you are unlikley to be sexually attracted towards a male friend. Chances are ripe that you would get sexually attarcted towards a female friend. Sex can spoil the best of friendship. Else there is nothing like have a female friend. You can share with her your most inner thoughts and the suppport which you get from her is unparallel.
