Keep cool, dont pick your nose, stay off coffee
I used to get them, and went to hospital the last time and they
plased a thin strip up my nose with a chemical on it and it stopped bleeding very soon and has been ok ever since.

Visit the hospital ENT Department and i am sure they will stop it.
Good Luck.

bloody nose can be messy so make sure you clean after yourself. Bloody nose can happen if your body has too much heat. Have u recently moved to south...if yes, that can be a cause because your body is getting use to the heat. If you do get bleeding again, try to stop it by tilting your head up at 75 degree, not not 90 or else the blood will go back into your mouth. Not that it's bad or anything but it taste awful. If you want to stop the bleeding then follow this: Hold your nose at the far top end and slowly find the first soft spot on your nose downwards. That spot is usually where the glass (if you where one) sits. After you find that, slowly move downwards in the middle of your nose and that's it. That's where the vines are located so next you'll be ready. Sorry I don't have a cure but do a little research.
Take care

Your nostril makes mucus to lure dirt and crud within the air earlier than it will get to the lungs. Unfortunately there also are fragile blood vessels within the core of the nostril that may bleed from drying out within the dry wintry weather air, or from allergic reactions or different irritations. These little blood vessels can bleed and it quite often comes out the nostrils, however too can simply variety of labor it is long ago up and across the mucus. The mucus holds it in location slightly bigger, up within the nostril, however ultimately that bloody mucus reveals its means out, and then you definitely get your first-rate bloody snot. Use a humidifier in case your air is dry, use saline spray and even vaseline to maintain your nostril wet. Don't use drying drugs like decongestants, or blow your nostril too rough. You do not must be concerned. You might believe it is harmful, however it is snot. (lame shaggy dog story)

It may occur due to lack of water in your body and excess heat. So drink lots of cold water.
