I wasn't sure where to put this, I thought women's health, but I wouldn't mind hearing from guys too... this isn't necessarily pregnancy-related.

A lot of times when my bf and I use condoms, the condom slips off while he's pulling out of me. It doesn't happen all the time, maybe 60%. Sometimes, it gets stuck far up me to where I have to "dig" it out (I'm trying to save people the details. lol). Should I be concerned about it? Why do the condoms slip off so easily?

The condoms are trojans with spermacide, so I'm not worried about pregnancy. I'll tell him about holding the base as a precaution. I don't believe in birth control pills and shots for females, but that's my own personal opinion. I don't think women should have to put chemicals in their body when all a man has to do is put latex over his penis. Besides, I've seen a few girls have bad experiences from chemical bc. Two women I know got pregnant on the pill (my cousin's wife and a friend) and then my sister had tons of complications from the depo shot. She had pain and infections for over a year after it and had to have some surgery, although I don't remember what kind it was now because it was a few years ago.

Actually... it probably is caused by you. If you are tight and or have great muscle control -- this is likely to continue to be a problem. I work on my muscle control and love to use it, so I learned the hard way that you need to have him pull out as soon as he has *** and remove the condom. Otherwise, having lubrication on *both* sides of the condom (his *** and your juices or lube) combined with a tight fit will make the condom come right off! After he cums, have him pull out and change the condom if you want to keep playing. It is the only safe way for you to play!

Tell him to put the condom on then try a cock ring on the base of it this should stop the slipping off. This will keep him hard and the condom on.note I have never done this i have never had this problem before. I always seem to bust the condom when I let it go.But I do think it is worth a try.Lots of luck

The condom may be too small or he might be waiting to pull out of you until he is soft again. Tell him to pull out before his erection goes down and hold on to the condom as he is doing it.

Lets keep this answer quick. Soon as he ejaculates he needs to hold the base of the condom and pull it out.

I need to ask, is he using Magnums? When small guys use big condoms, they do come off. Not trying to be insulting.

Another possibility is you may need some type of lubricant. Just be sure it is one that won't break down the latex.
