Nope.
You need a proper needle that is the correct gauge , it has to be surgical stainless steel.
You have to be able to sterilize it, properly, which you can't do unless you have an autoclave.
Burning your sewing needle with a flame does not clean it, it actually makes it more dirty, and it can burn the coating off because the cheap metal is not made of surgical stainless steel. When you pierce it, this coating flakes off and gets lodged inside of your skin. Also the butane from the lighter, goes onto the needle and also goes in the piercing. You also can't do a proper follow through with a sewing needle.
Get it done professionally.
