A friend of mine was never without his piano playing friend Frankie who, at 18" tall, was the smallest I'd seen. When asked where they met he told the story of how, one dark and stormy night, he picked up an old woman and took her home out of the rain. She turned out to be a witch and gave him one wish. She must have been a bit deaf though because he got an 18" pianist.
