Cwt is carat weight, the unit of mass measurement for stones.
GF stands for gold-filled, or rolled gold...which is better than plated gold, but is not SOLID gold. Also, 14K isn't very high, but will wear nicely and not bend easily.
Need to know what kind of stone is in it to assess any value. The band itself is virtually worthless. Resale value on most stones is very low, but especially low on diamonds. Some jewelers will offer you a trade-in value, but the amounts that they traditionally offer you will make you sick to your stomach. Sorry.
FYI and an interesting legal note, in the U.S., if this was an engagement ring and the engagement was called off, legally the ring belongs to the person who bought it. Once the marriage takes place, then ownership transfers to the person it was given to. (The ring is actually legal consideration given to signify intent of marriage, if the marriage never takes place, then the ring never transfers ownership.) So on the off chance that this was an engagement ring and you were never married, technically you have no right to sell the ring and legally must give it back. If the guy says that you can keep it and that it is a gift rather than an engagement ring, then it's yours to do as you please with it.
Not that I'm making guesses about your situation or anything, just thought it was an interesting point that most people overlook.

gf is gold foil or gold fused, which means that the ring is only gold plated and not solid gold
ctw is the karat weight of the diamonds, the karat is the unit of measure for weight of diamonds. the higher the ctw the higher the value.
I am not working in the jewlery industry so i have no clue the value

ctw means carats total weight, a measurement of the stones in a piece of jewelery.
gf means gold filled, which means it's coated with gold instead of being solid gold.
not a clue on value--what kind of stones?
