You've just asked the question that is as old as mankind; the answer is very complex. The simplest way is to ask her; and if she says No, that means NO. Alternately, you can fumble around groping her assuming that an unspoken No is actually a Yes--but remember, a vocal No always means No.
Or, you can try to please her in many ways...including sexual ones that don't involve actual intercourse...if you're successful in that, she'll not only offer directly to have intercourse, but will tell you that you may do with her what you will. :)

just kiss her then like strat touching her and see where u gett.. if she dosent stop you then go ahead but mind u some girls are shy about stuff like that and wont say anything.. b4 u go to far ask her if she wants to keep going but if she seem uncomy then stop

Might try kissing her and see what happens otherwise I don't know. If she gets wet that's also a good sign!

1.) she might be acting funny and kind of throwing herself at you
2.) start making moves and see how far it goes
