you use your eyes to see and than you just sit and watch

First you must have a TV, then you plug it in to an electrical outlet then it must have some sort of input so you will need a antenna or cable, satellite service or a VCR or DVD player will do. After these connections are made you will then need to turn it on, and if using the VCR or DVD, they will also need to be turned on and a cassette or disc inserted. The rest I will leave to you to discover on your own.

why cant you watch tv is there a reason for it. You need to turn it on find something that suits your interest and watch it , it will come with time
