It's called "lucid dreaming" and there are a number of methods that people use. One thing that works for me is to visualize specific situations in your mind while you're awake and then interact with those visualizations as if it were a dream. you'll be more likely to recognize a dream when it happens. Vitamin B complex pills help, too.

Dreams are a direct result of past experiences and what the unconscious mind is thinking about.

In order to make an attempt to control your dreams, you will need to gain control of your subconscious thoughts.

I suggest many hours of meditation.

Dreams are not for us to control, but that's my opinion.

You can make mental visualizations and try to tell yourself things right before you fall asleep.

Why are you trying to contorl your dreams anyhow?

I odn't know you might have to see a dream doctor or something, I heard that if you drink some grape juice and eat an piece of butter bread before bedtime you will have good dreams...a rumor I heard, haven't tried it.

These would be called lucid dreams. These occur when we are asleep, and we are more aware of what is going on around us. It would be kind of like what goes on when we are awake

I see that we actually control every moment in our dreams. The problem is that our memory of these events is incorrect or askew. There is something actually blocking our correct memory. Our memory of dreams would seem to indicate an Ego deficiency."Why wouldn't I just will myself out of that one".My guess is to remember dreams correctly you would have to have active frontal lobes.Maybe a lot of sex would do it.

I read that if you close your eyes and stare into the blackness and picture something there it's supposed to work. I have trouble doing that though. I guess it's easy enough to try at least.
