my sis has started her period?

and she wants a visual guide on how to use a tampon? she asked me but obviously im not any gud at answerin that sort of thing. so anyone know of a site or somthing that shows her how to use one?

look inside the tampon box there should be pictures. That or go to Playtex.com maybe

ther is a little peice of paper in the tampon box show her that
