Usually, you need to wait one summer. This allows the wood to settle and acclimatise.

Just wait until it's dry. If the boards are 1/4 apart, you should be able to use a roller, and give it a healthy coat, then coat it again when it is still tacky about 2 hours later. then let it dry for 24-30 hours.

Usually, the first season should be fine. If not, wait until it's dried before applying waterproof.

The wet wood will need to dry out before sealing it, or you'll seal the moisture in it.
I'd give it a solid week of sunny days...even then, drive a nail onto a board and pill it out. Drive a q-tip in there and see if it comes out with any wetness. If not, seal away!
Good luck! - Stuart

You should wait one year for the factory sealant to wear off. Or you can sand it off. If you apply your sealant before the factory sealant has been removed the wood will not absorb your long-term sealant. It won't hurt your pressure treated wood to get wet for a year. But if you want to seal it now anyway just get your sander out and get after it.

When it is dry. treat it immediate with a good waterproofer. The lumber is treated for pests not water damage.
