A strong magnet and a pair of tweezers to grab the little bit that will come out. Or superglue the key back together and see if superglue really is super glue. Actually 'no more nails' glue may work too.

A locksmith or a mechanic.

Or opening the door up entirely and something to push it out but the chances of that door ever locking again without a mechanics attention are slim to nil.

OOOO! Nightmare i hate this problem because its very difficult to get sorted, best thing is to call recovery service or nearby garage to tow it to get fixed if thats out of the question try getting it out with plier or tweezers depending on how far it is in, maybe a stong magnet could help. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN THE STEERING COLUM UP YOURSELF AS IT IS A BUGAR TO PUT BAC TOGETHER AGAIN IF YOU ARE AN UNQUALIFIED MECHANIC!

use super glue on the end of the key you have. stick it directly into the lock touching the other end, wait a few seconds and then pull out your key.
