They'll have to replay tape and decide who won by the thousandth of a second; they would never give out 3 gold medals

there is a camera at the finish line that decides who crosses the finish line first, to the thousandth of a second. if all three crossed the finish line at the EXACT same time (possible, but not likely) then they all get gold

In Track and Field they have timers and cameras that go to a thousandth of a second or inch.

They go into extra time and if its still a tie they have penalty shot out, and then after that they do rock, paper, scissors
