The last answer was correct. It is discharge. Take note of what time of the month it happens and wear a panty liner. Tell your gyno.

yeast infection discharge is usually thick white cottage cheesy. It's normal to have a slight discharge during certain times of the month. If it isn't yellow, green, foul smelling or itchy you're probably OK

Is it a whitish liquid?

Sometimes during the most fertile point in your cycle (when you are most likely to get pregnant) your body creates this creamy discharge to lubricate the vagina in hopes that you will mate and concieve... that is your body's way of making things easier... it wants to make babies, even if you don't, yet.

Don't worry about it, but if it does smell, you'll probably need to wash out your vagina. You can buy a douche or just rinse it out with mild soap and water.... even just water is sufficient.

This is most likely a yeast infection. I would call your doctor and pay him/her a visit. please don't let this pass you by. My mom is a nurse and she told me to say this. Be careful!
