Uhmmm,... That depends,.... is it the first printing, and exactly which #36 is it, there are different Spiderman Titles you know,...
How do you know it is in prisitne conditon, like do the pages still stick together, like you've never opened it to read it?
Oh sorry, you said Perfect,... not Pristine.....
Well Like # 2 (Cybeq) said, some rich dork son of a wealthy mucky muck who really doesn't know anything about collecting, probably would pay 2 or 3 thousand, possible even five thousand bucks for it - but only on Ebay.
Just be Very careful on how you word the description, you're trying to get the most you can for it, right?
Good luck homey !!!

Edit - I didn't see the "black cover" there at the end.
What you've got is Amazing Spider-Man vol. 2 #36, not just Spider-Man #36 (there's a big difference). Copies on ebay seem to go between $10 and $20, so don't plan your retirement just yet.
As for condition, it is extremely doubtful that it's in perfect condition. A lot of people new to collecting comics assume that if a book has all its pages intact, than it's in perfect condition. Not ture. In fact, you could buy an issue from the store and immediately place it in a protective covering, and it still wouldn't be in perfect condition. You really have to know what to look for, as a "pefect" copy is almost one in a million.

Try going to http://www.comicspriceguide.com/ or go to your local comic book store or www. amazon.com and look for Overstreet the Offical Comic Book Price Guide 32 edition by Robert M. Overstreet. Both site will give you and idea how much your comic is worth the better the condition the more it is worth.

Always check completed listings on eBay. Recently, it has sold anywhere from $26 to $49 (plus shipping).
Since a comic is only worth what people are willing to pay, eBay completed items search is the best place to look, period. Price guides are dated as soon as they are printed.

This is going to sound like a smart-alec answer but it's not. It is worth whatever someone will pay for it. Put it on eBay. That will tell you what it's worth.

It's only worth as much as you can get.The best way to get the answer you want is to put it up for auction and see what the highest bid is.
