We must always think of the consequences of our actions before we act. If we started doing whatever we could, there would be total chaos, one should keep in mind not to harm another person under all circumstances.

No, definitely not. Because we can, we make cars that guzzle petrol,when a more frugal vehicle will get us from A to B. We have patio heaters that warm the outside air!! (whatever happend to jumpers?)..........We wage war because we have the might, and the insatiable desire to consume resources. Trouble is, if WE don't do it, someone else will, that's for sure, so it's never likely to stop.

Yes, provided: (1) It's the right thing to do. (2) Feels good and doesn't hurt anyone. Otherwise no, we shouldn't.
