It depends on how you wont to be noticed. And what kind of guy he is. You could dress like a slut and act like a retard like most women these days, but then he will just think of you as someone he might screw. Youre best bet, unless that is what you want, is to just be yourself and try and talk to him. Dont try too hard but stay relaxed and confident.

Be yourself- don't go to great lengths to catch a guy's attention. Once you start doing that, you have to keep up the charade, and he won't even be liking you for YOU- he'll be liking who you pretend to be. Choose someone who's going to flip for who you are, just as you are. No woman should have to jump through hoops to make a guy like her, no matter how great he may seem to be. If he can't like you for YOU, he's not worth your time!

Well in england a good way to do it is to go over to a lad and slowly touch there privates over there jeans offcourse lol. Then if he doesnt sue you then your all good if he does your ******. talk more to him definately... no matter how. when your walking by with a friend or something, laugh loud enough to hear him, or scream really loud or something-like a fun type scream that you do around your friends, and only laugh and scream loud enough for him to hear. ;)
