I would laugh at you like every one else if i wasn't from the south where I once actually heard a man ask a sales person if those little blinking thingys (the green arrows you are having trouble with) would cost extra on the vehicle cause if they did, he didn't want them. No joke guys!
My best advice would be to take a drivers ed class. Ask about them at your school.

It is an energy saving device fitted to your car to preserve the life of your battery. By flashing on & off like that they only use half of the battery power that they would if they stayed on all the time.

This effect is only a problem if you live in Ireland where they have a stroboscopic street lights, then you might have to have these lights specially tuned to match the phasing of the street lights.

It might be the indicator relay, it should be found in the fuse box which will either be under your dashboard or under the bonnet. if it is the case then all that needs to be done is to swap that one for a new one. If you can find one that works at a scrapyard then that would be your cheapest option. Then get a friend who knows about cars to fix it.

Hi i think the problem is ur flasher unit, simply remove this relay from under neath the dash and replace with some wire to cross the appropiate terminals(please refer to the haynes manual) Other than than, maybe think about the goverments greener alternative busses, lmao..

It sounds like you have an intermittent electrical connection somewhere. The electrical connections are housed in plastic connectors. You might be able to open up your car's hood and look at them and make sure they're all good and tight. Sorry, I don't know this particular car or how accessible the wire harnesses are. Good luck.

If you don't put the magic silver key in the big door lock, then you will find your problem won't be there anymore, the snag is you won't be able to drive you'r magic chariot.

If you really don't know why that is happening, you should get into a Drivers Ed. Class before you kill somebody.
