Physically? Clean. It's just nasty when there's sweaty palms and greasy hair.
Mentally? Defintely smart. I love reading, so I would have to be able to have an intelligent conversation. I like guys who know where they are going in life. More than just what sport they want to play or something like that.

a-b student. 6pack hairless chest. clean. nice haircut. gentleman. not a jerk. good at something besides a sport. clothes that won't show the bottom portion of his boxers. clothes that actually fit him not something baggy. clothes that fit him personality and style, that complements him.
