If your doctor hasn't cautioned you about it, it's perfectly safe to go swimming. Just make sure that someone is watching the baby while you go in the water. Caveat: if you had an episiotomy or a Caesarean, wait until you're fully healed.

Only go swimming in water , and make sure there are no Snakes or Sharks or Croc's in it. If this doesn't help, try Mud Baths, and Dwarf Throwing.

wait until your baby is 8 week old .. you body need to heal. the pool water can make you hurt. and congregates on the new baby.

go swimming! get a nanny or something. swimming is so good for you. wear earplugs though, cuz pool water's not good for your ears

yeah ask your hubby or one of your freinds to watch your kid!!! I go out all the time and my huuby or friend watches them
