I am not sure that crazy is the word I would use. I don't believe in cruelty to animals, but I think the lengths that some of the members go to are a bit extreme. They have to realize that everyone has the right to choose and they need to respect that right and I don't see that from them. I am not a vegetarian and I don't want to be. I am not dumb and I don't need them to show me the way's of the world. I think what they did to Beyonce when they bid on a lunch with her just to harass her about fur. I am sorry that was wrong. I hope that you find the answers you are looking for.

In all honesty I believe that PETA can be an okay organization.
However, they do take things to some extremes. I am a barrel racer in the rodeo circuit. I wish people would understand that the livestock in rodeos are anything but abused. My horses get fed better than I do 90% of the time. They are loved and groomed daily, taken to the vet more in one year than I have been to the doctor in my whole life. The family's in the rodeo circuits and stock contractors look at these animals as family too. They are not abused, and as another person who responded to your question said it would be nice if people paid this much attention to the children around the world who are being beaten and starved instead of trying to make it look like us livestock owners are the devil...

I think peta is crazy because they are and they should be helping neglected and abused children instead. who the hell cares if someone is wearing a fur coat ?

from the things I see about them on the news they are very millitant in their ways,they all bent out of shape over someone wearing a vintage fur coat, who cares...that animal was killed 60 years ago, tossing red paint on it will not bring it back to life! they seem to worry more about animals than humans!

peta is a good organization and i don't know why people think they should dedicate their time to humans..animals are important too, i'm glad their rights are fought for by peta

i don't think we should kill animals for fun or for clothing..
but i think its OK to eat them for food..
i agree with them on some stuff but disagree with some stuff
