My boyfriend got a job and he has to work alot. When I'm at soccer pract he's at home and while I'm at home he's at work. My mom won't let him spend the night at our house even though we've been together 2 1/2 years... we dont base our relationship on sex and wouldnt be in the same bed. I didnt get to see him much at all before he even got the job because hes into volunteer firefighting because thats what he wants to do w/ his life so hes busy w/ that or hes with his friends or sleeping. When we finally do talk late at night he'd too tired. Once we go back to school he'll work everyday after school and take classes for firefighting and I'll have games 3:00-10 (since our school is too cheap to send the JV and Varsity teams on seperate busses and we have to sit and wait) or practices 3:00-5:00 once I'm out of practice hes at work until 10. Weekends too.-How do I make this relationship work? And hes with his friends on his day off and an hour to visit me is too much are we growing apart?

I was always worried he wouldn't have time for me once he got a job but I need to grow up and accept it... I just have to know if I'm losing him or not.

Make an appointment to see one another until your schedules are less hectic. If that doesn't work, then maybe the timing is not right for you to be together at this point.
