Bring eggs to room temperature before using.
If the egg has been stored in the refrigerator it can be warmed gently under a flowing hot tap.
Place sufficient water to cover the eggs in a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.
Lower the eggs carefully into the water, using a tablespoon.
When the water reboils, start timing and reduce the heat so that the water simmers gently.
Fast boiling makes the wgg ehite tough and causes the egg to bang against each other and crack.
Timing boiled eggs depends on the size and degree of hardness desired.
You should start timing the eggs from the moment the water first boils.
Soft-boiled (soft whites, soft yolks):
Large size: 3 minutes 20 seconds.
Medium size: 3 minutes.
Small size: 2 minutes 40 seconds.
Medium-boiled (hard whites, soft yolks):
Large size: 4 minutes 15 seconds.
Medium size: 3 minutes 50 seconds.
Small size: 3 minutes 20 seconds.
Hard-boiled (hard whites, hard yolks):
Large size: 10 minutes.
Medium size: 8 minutes.
Small size: 7 minutes.

Can you boil water? Thats all you have to do. Put eggs in water, and boil them. Boiled eggs. Dont crack them into the water, just put the WHOLE egg in there. Add a little vinegar to the water to keep them from breaking, and make sure that the water is covering the eggs. (they float, but dont worry about that)
Boil them for a half hour, and bam you got hard boiled eggs.

A hardboil egg is the easiest to make.
Put the egg on in a pan with enough water to cover the egg. When it starts to boil, put the fire low (for your gasbill) and let it boil for at least 5 minutes. make sure the water still boils!
Can't go wrong.

Put eggs in cold water in a sause pan single layer or not. Make sure water covers eggs completly. Don't crack. Put a tsp vinagar to prevent cracking. Put on burner at high. Bring to a rolling boil. Turn down heat. Let boil for 15 min-20 min. Remove from heat and rinse with cold water. Cool eggs and then peal eggs and put shells in garbage. Eat with salt and pepper or plain or as desired. Clean up mess and wash pan.

put the egg into the pan with water, water must cover the egg fully, light the flame, from the boiling moment the egg needs 10 minutes to become hard. don't over kook it, the yellow would be light blue, every Cook would see that the egg is over kooked. after 10 minutes are done, put the egg into cold, cold water. and slightly damage the core by rolling the egg with palm of your hand while the egg still under the water. voila...
TIP: salt in water helps to boil water faster than normal water.
TIP: add essence/azijn/essig into the water to prevent the egg run out, in case you over boil the egg with essence the egg will stay in the core...
TIP: eggs from the cool box need 10 minutes to get done, egg with room temperature need only 7 minutes...

Place eggs in single layer in saucepan.
Cover with at least one inch of water over tops of shells.
Cover pot with lid and bring to a boil.
As soon as it begins to boil, remove from heat and let stand.
Large soft-cooked eggs: let stand in hot water 1 to 4 minutes, depending on your tastes.
Large hard-cooked eggs: let stand in hot water 15 to 17 minutes.
When cooked to desired level, drain off hot water.
Immediately cover with cold water and add a few ice cubes.
Soft-cooked eggs: let stand in cold water until cool enough to handle. Serve.
Hard-cooked eggs: let stand in cold water until completely cooled. Use as needed.
Tips:
Never boil eggs. It makes them rubbery.
Use older eggs. Fresh ones won't peel properly.
To keep eggs from cracking while cooking, pierce large end with a needle, which will also make them easier to peel.
What You Need:
eggs
saucepan
