I'd say maybe because of her nose and cheeks like Olivia from G-Unit, people say the same thing about her and they both have those same features that do appear a little drag queenish. There was a rumor that Ciara was also born a hermaphrodite, she had both a penis and a vagina. The parents get to choose at the time of birth what they want the child to be and sometimes the child's growth and development will lean in the other direction of the opposite sex. I don't know of any truth to this rumor though. I have seen baby pictures of her and her dad and it was obviously a little girl in the picture though.

I have no idea but she does not look like a man she is a very beautiful woman and she doesn't even have anything like a man to me she is the bom!!!
Because ciara is it she is a very beautiful WOMAN
ciara would be pissed if she knew about what people say about here so who ever out there is rude and i know you guys or girls really don't care about what i say but i know i would really matter.

Ciara had an accident and needed a lung transplant. She got one, but the lung was from a man.

Coz they're stupid and narrow minded.They just want to talk s**t about incredibly talented and beautiful celebs like ciara. I saw a picture of her when she was a teenager and she was definately a girl.Just ignore ppl who say that.

yes some do but in my eyes she has the face of a pretty girl but the stomach of a guy with a 6 pack that looks like she work out but no she's not manly looking she's very pretty she jus got alot of haters
