Two possibilities
1 It's Italian made by M Manciolini who made decorated plates often yellow and sometimes with large flowers painted on.
2 It was made by the Boston Sandwich Glass Corporation.
This was a company in existence between 1833 and 1888 so could be valuable. The AMM might be read backwards from the other side of the plate as MMA, the second MA meaning Massachusetts
My advice is to visit an antique shop to have it properly valued. They should have a book there with trade marks on that identifies specific manufacturers.

is it a opaque yellow or full colour yellow, is there a mark above the a of amm, if so you are the proud owner of a yellow plate probaly glass manufactured by AMM , yellow glass plate company.
or it could just stand for AMericanManufacture.
