Frames are nonetheless fairly buggy. i could recommend having those divs so as: a million. Header 2. content cloth 3. Footer i believe you may already have this set up, yet you'll want to finish slightly calculations. The Header + content cloth + Footer height could no longer exceed the height you're aiming for to no longer scroll. After that, supply any proper sizes for your header/footer and on your content cloth div only upload style="height: ##; overflow: scroll;" - this can enable your content cloth to scroll in accordance to how tremendous your height is and could in no way go over your given height. ^ Your header and footer heights are substantial, sparkling up them first till now giving your content cloth a height. Your content cloth must have the perfect height attainable and could scroll for this reason while not having the web page scroll.

Okay, Mozilla Firefox Doen't Support Javascript.
An to show the coloed scroll bars it takes "Java" To do it.
Thats why you can't see it.
HTML/CSS Won't help, you just can't use Firefox, if you wish to view it.
:)
