I don't stoop so low as to say I am only a fan of one company. Cause that's shutting the door on so many great oppurtunities to play amazing games. At the moment though, I have to say with the PS3's price and big release delay, it's going to suffer through it's launch. The XBOX360 is an amazing console, it's full of such power. The only thing that bugs me is when they use all their graphics capacity on a ping pong game rather than epic series or RPG game. Nintendo in my mind is very brave for taking it's next-gen console in a totally new direction. I think if the Wii turns out to be a valuable gaming experience, it will eventually change the present course of video gaming companies. It's nice that they turned away from the "more power and better graphics" philosophy of their next-gen. At the moment, I would say I most anticipate the Wii rather than the PS3 but I love playing Xbox 360 at the moment as well.

I am also a hardcore Sony fan and i was also concerned about the shortages and the price of the PS3 as well, but the number of PS3 being released in the USA (400,000) is just the first shipment. Sony has stated that it still expects to have 4 million units on the market by the end of march 2007, it's not as many as the 6 million it had promised at e-3 but the same shortages happened with the 360 as well. I myself have my p.c and my PS2 for now so i am in no rush to buy the 360 because it is a piece of crap and is just as costly as the PS3. You have to buy the hd DVD drive and the wireless network card, also the x-box live will cost you another 50.00 bucks, so by the time you add up the extras you have spent just as much money. The PS3 has the blue-ray and that alone cost 1000.00 bucks by itself,so you are getting your moneys worth right there. I don't know where you heard about the blue -ray being easy to damage but the 360 is made in America so the craftsmanship is crap and is sure to break, the PS3 is made in Japan where the best in electronics come from, and the 360 has already had many issues with overheating and games freezing up as well. I am willing to wait for the PS3, i think that it will be the best of the 3 systems and for the price it is well worth it because you get what you pay for.

i like xbox better because it has better shooters and RPGs than PS3 and Wii(I hate turned based games) but Wii would be in second and PlayStation isn't even in my ranking since Sony can't make up their own ideas for their PS3 and have to steal their ideas from Microsoft and Nintendo.

i think that the ps3 will have the best graphics,360 will have the best selling game *cough* halo 3 *cough*, but the wii offers the best gameing with good enough graphics,not to menchion the best storylines. check out this link

Wii (even with out the controller) just because of super smash brothers and the abllity to downlode NES, SNES, and N64 game for hopefully free!

honestly, i love all video game consels because of what they have to offer. nintendo will have mario forevermore. playstation has crash bandicoot and kingdom hearts. but graphically, i've gotta go with the 360, and some of their games have such awesome storylines, like Halo 2.

The others are just to expensive, and just don't have the genres and franchises I like. If my one of friends gets PS3 and KH3, I'll definetly have to play that, though. And maybe the new Ratchet and Clank.
